Roles & Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements, project scope, and budget.
Prepare detailed architectural, interior, furniture, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp,3ds max or other relevant software.
Create space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed design drawings.
Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, fixtures, and lighting in line with the design concept.
Prepare 3D models, renders, presentations, and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits, review ongoing work, and ensure execution matches approved drawings and design specifications.
Prepare BOQs,



material specifications, and estimates when required.
Review shop drawings and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to design standards.
Identify site issues and provide practical design solutions during execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
Support clients with design decisions, material selections, and project-related recommendations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
