Perform blood grouping, Rh typing, antibody screening, and cross-matching procedures.
Collect, process, label, and store blood and blood components according to established guidelines.
Conduct routine and specialized immunohematology tests.
Ensure proper storage conditions and inventory management of blood and blood products.
Monitor blood bank equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and temperature logs.
Maintain accurate records of blood collection, testing, storage, and transfusion activities.
Verify donor eligibility and assist in donor screening procedures.
Prepare blood components such as Packed Red Blood Cells (PRBC), Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), Platelets, and Cryoprecipitate.
Investigate and report transfusion reactions as per departmental protocols.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
