Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Monitor the storage and expiry of medicines.
Maintain accurate records of dispensing and controlled drugs.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication-related queries.
Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Freshers with valid registration may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
