Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall territory operations and ensure smooth execution of IFMS activities across assigned Retail Outlets.
Supervise field teams, monitor daily work, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with BPCL officials, vendors, and internal teams for operational support and issue resolution.
Ensure quality execution of maintenance, vendor activities, and equipment performance.
Maintain compliance with HSSE standards and achieve zero safety incidents and BPCL penalties.
Prepare and submit daily MIS, operational reports, and required documentation.
Train, guide, and monitor the performance of Team Leads, Supervisors, and field staff.
Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and attendance/leave verification.
Assist in IT, automation, and SOR project execution to improve operational efficiency.




Identify operational issues, escalate when required, and ensure timely closure.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Facility Management, Retail Operations, or Project Management.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,876.83 per month
