About the Role

Capital Life Research is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Analysts. This is a client-facing role where you will interact with potential clients, understand their investment needs, and guide them regarding our stock market advisory services. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through outbound calls.
Understand clients' investment goals and trading requirements.
Explain the company's stock market advisory services and subscription plans.
Build solid relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into paid customers by providing suitable advisory solutions.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Research Team to ensure timely client support.




Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Stock Market Advisory will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of the Indian Share Market is preferred (training will be provided).
