Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement system-level thermal models and simulations for fluid and thermal management systems.
Perform 1D and 3D CFD simulations to evaluate cooling architectures and optimize system performance.
Design and optimize thermal management solutions for batteries, electric motors, power electronics, and HVAC systems.
Use simulation insights to support engineering decisions, product development, and research prioritization.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and R&D; teams on modelling and simulation projects.
Develop modelling methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve simulation efficiency and accuracy.
Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on modelling techniques and simulation approaches.
Translate complex simulation results into transparent engineering recommendations for stakeholders.
Support innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in CFD, thermal management, and electrification.
Requisites
Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
Robust expertise in CFD modelling using STAR-CCM+.
Experience in thermal management, fluid mechanics, and multiphase flow simulations.
Knowledge of 1D/3D CFD, HVAC systems, battery cooling, and electronics thermal management.
Hands-on experience with Siemens NX, AMESim (preferred), and other simulation tools.
Basic knowledge of Linux scripting and High-Performance Computing (HPC) settings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual design skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
