We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead to manage a team of developers, oversee project execution, and actively participate in client meetings and requirement discussions. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in MERN / MEAN / AI technologies, along with proven leadership and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of software projects and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the software development team to deliver high-quality solutions
Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to coding standards, timelines, and quality processes
Handle project planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status
Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Software Development, including team leadership
Robust hands-on experience in MERN / MEAN stack or similar technologies
Experience managing development teams and client communication
Good understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
