Regional Sales Manager - Delhi NCR - Housing Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead housing finance sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the housing finance industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives for housing loans.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Identify and onboard recent channel partners, including DSAs, builders, and real estate agents, to expand the distribution network.




Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continuous engagement and productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify recent business prospects and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance within the sales operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development for the sales team.
Analyze sales data, prepare comprehensive reports on regional performance, and present findings to senior management.
Manage the regional budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize sales output.
Drive initiatives for customer acquisition and retention, enhancing the company's brand image and market share in Delhi NCR.
