Unique Fluid Controls is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive – Inside Sales to support business growth through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through inbound and outbound marketing activities
Perform cold calling and hot calling to potential customers
Handle customer enquiries and qualify leads assigned by the company
Explain product features, pricing, and business perks to customers
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully
Maintain customer data and follow-up status in CRM/Excel sheets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth order execution
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B marketing preferred




Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Preferred Requirements
Experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an advantage
Ability to handle local and international customer calls
Kannada/English/Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
