We are seeking a Process Expert to support and improve daily operations within our Quick Commerce business. The ideal candidate will monitor operational processes, ensure SOP compliance, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Prepare and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, store operations, and support teams.
Track KPIs including order fulfillment, productivity, and turnaround time.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support process implementation and operational improvement projects.
Train team members on updated processes and best practices.
Maintain quality, safety,



and operational standards.

Required Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or last-mile operations.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
Experience working with fulfillment centers or dark stores is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
