Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PLC Engineer to design, develop, and maintain control systems for industrial automation. The candidate will work on programming PLCs, troubleshooting control systems, and ensuring productive plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, program, and test PLC-based control systems
Develop automation solutions for industrial processes
Work with HMI/SCADA systems such as Siemens WinCC.
Configure and troubleshoot PLCs like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley PLC
Perform system integration and commissioning at site
Diagnose faults and provide technical support for breakdowns
Maintain and update electrical drawings and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams
or Instrumentation Engineering
Hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
Knowledge of ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Basic understanding of control panels, sensors, and actuators
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TIA Portal
Knowledge of drives and motion control systems (VFDs, servo systems)
Exposure to industrial safety systems and standards
Experience in industries like manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
