Job Summary

Sliceinn is hiring a Central Quality & Maintenance Manager to lead cleanliness and maintenance standards across 25+ boutique guesthouses.

This role is for someone who takes pride in high standards, attention to detail, and solving on-ground operational gaps. You will work across multiple properties to ensure every guest experiences a clean, well-maintained, and consistent stay.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas across properties
Ensure all properties meet defined cleanliness and hygiene standards
Create and implement SOPs for cleaning, deep cleaning, and room readiness
Set up and manage a system to track and resolve maintenance issues
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance
Train housekeeping and on-ground staff to improve execution quality
Work with property managers to improve performance and accountability

Requirements




4–8 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality operations, or facility management
Experience handling multiple properties or cluster operations preferred
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Comfortable with field work and property visits
Ability to manage teams and vendors

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
