About the Role:
We are looking for a energetic and research-oriented Product Development Trainee who will support in designing cutting-edge programs, conducting market research, and creating impactful content and presentations.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects, and gaps in skill development and livelihood sectors
Assist in designing and developing new programs, training modules, and initiatives
Create structured content for programs, including training material, reports, and documentation
Develop high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Collaborate with internal teams to refine program ideas and execution strategies
Support in pilot testing and improving newly developed programs
Experience/Requirements
Strong research and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to create structured and engaging content
Basic understanding of social sector / skill development ecosystem (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Word)
Skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving approach
Ability to convert ideas into actionable programs
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Canva or presentation design tools is a plus
