Position: Technical Manager – Facility Management
Location: Infopark, Cochin
Shift: General Shift
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Facility Management to oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of MEP systems within a commercial facility at Infopark, Cochin. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in Electrical Engineering and facility operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, compliance, safety, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) operations and maintenance activities.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, firefighting systems, water systems, and building services.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
Monitor contractor and vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and technical documentation.
Lead technical teams and ensure effective manpower deployment.
Coordinate with clients,



occupants, and stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues.
Drive energy-saving initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of MEP experience in facility management, commercial buildings, IT parks, or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, HVAC, firefighting systems, and building maintenance.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in managing facility operations within IT parks or commercial properties.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety regulations.
Ability to handle vendors, audits, and technical troubleshooting independently.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
General Shift

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
