We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Order Processing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and processing daily orders received from various online marketplaces.
Responsibilities
Process daily orders from marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, AJIO, and other e-commerce platforms.
Generate and print shipping labels and packing slips.
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate order records.
Update order status and tracking details in company systems.
Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team for timely dispatch.
Monitor pending orders and ensure they are processed within deadlines.
Maintain reports and spreadsheets related to orders and returns.
Follow company SOPs and operational processes.
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry work.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Prior e-commerce experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
