We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI in Electrician or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in servicing laboratory or industrial equipment will be given preference.
The role involves installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training for laboratory instruments at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
Carry out calibration and performance verification of equipment.
Provide operational training to customers after installation.
Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, calibration certificates, and other technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during field service activities.
Assist in preparing IQ/OQ/PQ and other validation-related documentation, where applicable.
Eligibility
ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of field service experience are preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, instruments, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel for report preparation.
Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively across customer locations.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach.
