Job Title: Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of branding, social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media posts, reels thumbnails, banners, and ad creatives.
Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, standees, menus, and packaging.
Design marketing collaterals for digital and offline campaigns.
Develop creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website banners.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Edit and enhance product images for marketing.
Prepare print-ready files for production.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
Experience with Adobe InDesign (preferred).
Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.
Ability to create modern, clean, and engaging designs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
Portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing creatives.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT.
Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
UI/UX design knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
