We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) to accelerate the growth of our Domestic Logistics (FTL/PTL) business. The ideal candidate should possess strong logistics industry experience, an established corporate customer network, commercial understanding, and the ability to independently generate profitable business while maintaining long-term customer relationships. Final designation (BDM/ASM) will be oƯered based on the candidate's experience, leadership capability, business achievements, customer network, and interview performance.

Candidate Requirements - 4–6 years of proven experience in Domestic Logistics/Transportation Sales (FTL/PTL). - Only candidates from the Logistics & Transportation industry will be considered. - Strong network with manufacturers, logistics heads, procurement teams, warehouses, transport buyers and industrial customers across Delhi NCR.



- Existing relationships with transporters and fleet owners will be an added advantage. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating profitable business. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills. - Strong commercial understanding of freight pricing and transportation operations. - Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently. - Positive knowledge of MS OƯice, Excel, Email and CRM software. - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
