Key Responsibilities
Source and screen potential candidates.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills
2–3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in consultancy recruitment.
Knowledge of employee management.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment best practices.
Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
