The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing information about financial solutions, and coordinating appointments with licensed financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer financial requirements and interests.

Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in CRM/software.
Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
