About the Role

PlanetSpark is hiring Academic Counselors / Inside Sales Executives for its Gurugram office. In this role, you will speak with parents and learners, understand their learning goals, explain PlanetSpark’s programmes, and guide them through the enrolment process.

You will work on high-intent, pre-qualified leads provided by the company. There is no cold calling. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in EdTech sales, education counselling, admission counselling, B2C sales, inside sales, business development, customer success or sales counselling.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with 65–70 pre-qualified leads daily
Conduct video counselling sessions with parents and learners




Explain programme benefits, outcomes and pricing clearly
Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Update CRM records accurately
Ensure smooth onboarding for recent learners

Who Can Apply
Graduates with strong spoken English
Candidates with sales, counselling or customer-facing experience
Target-driven professionals with good communication skills
Candidates comfortable working from office in Gurugram
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply
