We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.
Key requirements :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared script.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries .
Explain products or services and prices, and respond to questions.
Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Follow up with leads/customers as necessary.
Keep accurate records of discussions and sales.
Maintain a positive and qualified demeanor during all interactions.
