Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
Robust understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation frameworks and test environments.
Familiarity with integrating automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Skilled in analyzing test results and collaborating with development teams to address defects and improve product stability.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
