Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients (manufacturers)
to grow business volume.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Client Management: Build robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales for
air/ocean freight.
• Operational Liaison: Coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams for
seamless shipment execution.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, rates, and market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and CRM updates.
Requirements
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Sales (Air & Sea).
• Skills: Proven track record in B2B client acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and
ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge: Understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance, and international shipping
documentation.
