Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions and operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Prepare monthly Payroll.
Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback and goal setting
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Monitor HR metrics (e.g.,



turnover rates, time-to-hire)
Organize training and development programs
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed
Manage all Employee Engagement Programs for the whole year.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
Solid knowledge of labour law, Complainces, Income Tax and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and should be comfortable working on payroll software.

Working Conditions:
Complete Work from Office.
6 days working.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
