Job Title: IT Support & Systems Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance operations in a manufacturing workplace. The role involves supporting end users, coordinating with vendors, ensuring system uptime, and driving smooth ERP implementation and adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.
Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software applications.
Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network-related issues.
Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers,



and service providers.

Salary: 5LPA CTC (Negotiable)

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT Administration.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or production settings preferred.
Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.
Robust understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.
Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
