· Oversee the company's daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

· Coordinate activities across all departments to achieve business goals.

· Manage procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.

· Lead, motivate, and evaluate department managers and operational staff.

· Ensure timely delivery of products and high customer satisfaction.

· Analyse operational performance and implement process improvements.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

· Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

· Resolve operational challenges and make informed business decisions.

· Maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

· Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
