Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit quotations based on customer inquiries, drawings, and technical specifications

Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure all requirements are clearly understood

Coordinate with production, procurement, and technical teams for pricing inputs

Calculate costing including raw material, processing, logistics, and margins

Maintain quotation records and follow up with customers for feedback and order confirmation

Ensure timely submission of offers to meet customer deadlines

Support sales team in closing deals and converting inquiries into orders

Revise quotations based on negotiation or specification changes

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of MS Excel

Basic understanding of pipe/tube specifications (OD, ID, SCH, grades like SS,



duplex, etc.)

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Management

Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred

1–3 years' experience in quotation or sales support role (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in pipes, tubes, or metal industry

Knowledge of export pricing and Incoterms (for export quotations)

ERP system handling (quotation/order entry)
