Job Title: Counselor / Telecaller/ Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Mulund West, Mumbai

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective leads, conduct regular follow-ups, build strong customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving successful closures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments/sales through effective follow-up and counseling.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with leads generated through various marketing channels. Understand the requirements, explain products/services in detail, and provide appropriate solutions. Address all queries, concerns, and objections professionally to build confidence and trust. Nurture leads through the sales funnel and ensure maximum conversion prospects. Schedule appointments, meetings, or counselling sessions in person as required. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/software.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless experience and successful closures. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively. Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing multiple follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.* Prior experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Counselling will be preferred.
Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
