About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM – GT Sales) to drive General Trade business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening distribution, expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets, and managing distributor & retailer relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate should have solid FMCG sales experience, excellent team-handling capabilities, and the ability to execute market growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Drive General Trade (GT) sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
Strengthen distributor network and ensure smooth operations
Increase market reach, outlet coverage, and product visibility
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market stakeholders
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives
Monitor secondary sales and ensure availability of products in the market
Execute promotional activities and market development initiatives
Analyze sales performance, ROI, and market trends to identify growth opportunities




Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies in the assigned territory

Candidate Profile
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in FMCG sales
Proven track record in General Trade sales management
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Local market understanding of South Delhi will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
