Mother & Toddler Coach

Role Purpose:
To facilitate engaging parent-child sessions that nurture early development, secure attachment, and joyful learning through play-based, inquiry-led experiences.

Basic Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience working with infants, toddlers, or parents.
Solid understanding of child development (0–3 years).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Warm, patient, energetic, and empathetic personality.
Ability to sing rhymes, lead music & movement, and facilitate sensory/play-based experiences.

We Also Welcome:
Women who may not have a formal background in Early Childhood Education but have experience conducting classes or activities for children (e.g., hobby classes, enrichment programs, storytelling, music, art, or movement sessions).
Women who are passionate about working with young children and parents and are looking to build a career or start something of their own in the early childhood space.
Individuals who are eager to learn, undergo training, and grow into the role of a Mother & Toddler Coach.
