Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and requests professionally.
Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities and services.
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Skilled appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
