Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
Optimize manpower, machines, and resources for maximum productivity.
Minimize production downtime and improve process efficiency.
Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Monitor raw material consumption and production costs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors and operators.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Handle production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
