Job Summary- FLOOR & STORE MANAGER ( Only Jewellery Back Ground )

The Floor Manager in a jewellery store is responsible for supervising daily showroom floor operations, managing sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth coordination between departments to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Floor Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day showroom floor activities.

Ensure smooth customer flow and efficient staff allocation.

Monitor showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.

Sales Management

Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.

Monitor individual staff performance and productivity.

Assist in handling premium and high-value customers.

Drive upselling and cross-selling activities.

Team Supervision

Manage and guide sales executives, greeters, and support staff.

Conduct daily staff briefings and motivate the team.

Ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and skilled behavior.

Customer Experience

Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.





Ensure high customer satisfaction and luxury service standards.

Build robust customer relationships for repeat business.

Inventory & Security Coordination

Coordinate with inventory and cashier teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items.

Follow showroom security and audit procedures.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily sales and floor performance reports.

Coordinate with management regarding sales trends and staffing needs.

Support promotional events, exhibitions, and festive campaigns.

Required Skills

Qualification

Graduate / MBA preferred

Experience

3–8 years in jewellery retail or luxury retail operations

Prior supervisory or team-handling experience preferred
