Responsible for supporting our B2B chemical sales team

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries through various channels, including online databases, industry publications, networking events, and social media.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Proactively seek new lead generation prospects and contribute to improving lead generation strategies.
Lead Qualification and Outreach:
Contact potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Effectively pass on qualified leads to core sales team.
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals,



and presentations.
Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in CRM or other designated systems.
Generate reports on sales performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
