Role Overview
We are seeking a energetic Team Lead – Student Counseling & Enrollment to lead and mentor a team of 8–10 enrollment advisors while driving student enrollments. This role combines leadership with hands-on counseling, requiring strong communication, team management, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of enrollment advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
Counsel prospective students via phone and virtual meetings, helping them choose the right academic programs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve enrollment performance.
Track team KPIs, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment experience.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or sales.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
