About the Role

FabBox is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our business. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting current clients, generating business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, understanding their gifting requirements, presenting customized solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email outreach, and referrals
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Purchase teams of corporate organizations
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction
Maintain CRM/MIS and regularly update lead and sales reports

Requirements
Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Confident in client meetings and relationship management
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, printing, hospitality, events, advertising, or promotional products will be an advantage
