Role Summary

Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, POS systems, networks, hardware, software, user support, cybersecurity, and technology operations across Head Office and outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain computers, laptops, printers and POS systems
Manage Wi-Fi, LAN and CCTV
Install and update software
Troubleshoot IT issues for HO and outlets
Manage user accounts, backups and data security
Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners
Support recent outlet IT setup

Routine

Daily system health check, resolve tickets, monitor backups, update software, support outlets, weekly IT report.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science. 2–4 years experience. Knowledge of Windows, Networking, CCTV, Routers, POS, MS 365, basic cybersecurity and hardware troubleshooting.

Positive to Have

Experience in QSR/Retail, cloud platforms, ERP/POS implementation, basic SQL, Google Workspace.

Measured On

System uptime, ticket resolution time, outlet support, network availability, security compliance, user satisfaction.

Compensation

₹25,000–40,000/month + Performance Incentives

Growth Path

IT Executive → Senior IT Executive → IT Manager → Head of IT

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
