Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Schedule and manage candidate interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet hiring targets.

Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
