Job Summary:

The IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Officer is responsible for monitoring in-process quality activities during manufacturing, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards, and maintaining product quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP
Verify line clearance before and after production
Conduct stage-wise inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
Ensure proper documentation of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and quality records
Identify and report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues
Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC departments for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives




Maintain IPQA reports and documentation

Required Skills:
Knowledge of IPQA procedures and quality systems
Understanding of GMP, GLP, SOPs, and quality documentation
Solid observation and analytical skills
Positive documentation and reporting abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field)

Experience:
1–4 years of experience in IPQA, QA, or Production Quality

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Organic, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Food, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, and quality management systems
Experience in handling audits and documentation
Ability to work in shifts, if required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
