We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service to our customers by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Assist customers with account-related queries, payments, and service requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
