Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities independently.
Coordinate for completion of annual audits and review financial reports/support as necessary.
Prepare and maintain all records like artist payments, client payments, vouchers, bills, vouchers, receipts, bills, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly GST Working, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & creditors, and Handling petty Cash Records, TDS calculation.
Ensure that all entries (artist & client) are entered in the corresponding software/system accurately.
Coordinate with the Bank officials concerning Fund Transfers, Foreign payments, Uploading amounts in Forex card, and any other Banking related work & queries
Analyze and report on financial status, including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis
Prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals by analyzing all company assets, income,



anticipated expenses, and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year.
After the analysis is complete, suggest recommendations on reducing total tax liabilities inthe future.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination
of education, training, and experience or Semi Qualified CA
2- 5 years of accounting/finance experience
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other
Microsoft Office applications
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with accounting software
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
Highly detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
