Experienced in implementing and managing Meraki Routing and Switching solutions, including VLAN configurations, energetic routing protocols, and enterprise network optimization.

Experienced in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting ASA Firewall solutions, including VPNs, access control policies, and enterprise-level security monitoring.

Knowledgeable in optimizing Meraki WLAN networks, including RF planning, controller configuration,



and enterprise wireless troubleshooting.

Aware of Meraki Firewall configurations, security policies, and monitoring processes to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient network operations.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a team-oriented and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
