Description
Execute API manufacturing batches as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs. Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and EHS guidelines throughout manufacturing operations. Monitor critical process parameters, batch progress, and equipment performance to achieve production targets. Supervise production officers, operators, and contract manpower during shift operations. Review batch documentation, equipment logbooks, and production records for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and EHS for smooth production activities. Investigate process deviations, equipment breakdowns, and production issues, and implement effective CAPA. Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance coordination for reactors, centrifuges, dryers, ANFDs, filters, and related equipment. Monitor raw material consumption, solvent recovery, process yields, and wastage control.
