Key Responsibilities
Train students in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX Design, and VFX according to current industry standards.
Deliver practical, project-based training using real-world workflows.
Create engaging classroom sessions, assignments, and portfolio-building projects.
Guide students in developing professional-quality portfolios and demo reels.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry technologies.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support students in preparing for internships and placement opportunities.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, and VFX work.
Excellent knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Animate
Figma
HTML CSS Bootstrap
Nuke
Silhouette
Ability to create professional videos using Motion Graphics and Video Editing techniques.




Positive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and digital media.
Passion for teaching and continuously upgrading technical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
Prior teaching or industry experience in Graphic Design, Animation, or VFX is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia or a related field.
1–3+ years of industry or teaching experience.
Knowledge of Generative AI tools for creative design will be an added advantage.
