Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate sales invoices/bills.

Create delivery challans and maintain challan records.

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software or Excel.

Maintain purchase and sales records.

Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments.

Assist in GST-related documentation and basic compliance.

Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.





Perform other accounts and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally).

Valuable numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in basic accounting and billing is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,692.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
