We are looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead admissions, sales, and business operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving admission targets, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead and manage Sales, Counselling, and Operations teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
Monitor lead management, conversion rates, and CRM performance.
Ensure smooth branch operations and process compliance.
Analyze sales and operational reports and implement improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, and HR teams to achieve organizational goals.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Management.
Solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in the Education, Hospitality, or Service industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and target-driven environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
