Job Overview:

We are looking for agile, confident, and energetic individuals to join our team as BTL Executives. The ideal candidate should be engaging in nature, possess robust communication skills, and have the ability to attract and interact with crowds effectively. This role involves executing on-ground marketing activities, brand promotions, and event activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as mall activations, society activations, roadshows, and promotional events.
Act as the face of the brand during on-ground activations and ensure positive brand representation.
Engage with customers proactively, explain product offerings, and generate leads.
Attract and manage crowds through interactive communication and activities.
Host and anchor small-scale events, contests, and promotional campaigns.




Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of activations.
Ensure proper setup, branding, and dismantling of activation sites.
Collect customer feedback and insights during activations.
Maintain daily activity reports and share performance updates.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and company policies during events.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
