We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Works Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising in office activities, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Inspect workmanship and resolve in office issues promptly.
Coordinate with the design and project management teams for smooth execution.




Track material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at the site.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision.
Positive knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
Ability to read and understand 2D drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹13,889.73 - ₹30,000.00 per month
