True Visory Academy is looking for a motivated and ambitious Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team. We aren't just looking for someone to fill seats; we are looking for a career guide who can help prospective students choose the right path for their future.

The Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the face of our institute. You will act as a bridge between the institute and aspiring students, guiding them through our course offerings, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them enroll in programs that will transform their qualified lives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Connect with prospective students via phone, email,



and social media inquiries; provide detailed information about our programs and curriculum.

Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand student requirements and career goals, matching them with the perfect course.

Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to nurture relationships and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, counseling, or the education industry is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
